ABOUT
All pieces of ALM Fine Jewelry are handmade with materials and gemstones of the highest quality and go through extensive and strict quality control. Each purchased piece of ALM Fine Jewelry will be presented in a branded ALM Fine Jewelry presentation box, a storage/travel pouch and care instructions on how to care for specific gemstones, platinum and 18k White, Yellow and Rose Gold to help ensure that their piece of ALM Fine Jewelry stays just as beautiful as the day it is received. Customers will also receive an appraisal with a description and value of their ALM Fine Jewelry piece (helpful for insurance purposes).
CUSTOMIZED PIECES
All ALM Fine Jewelry designs can be recreated with the customer’s choice of stone and precious metal with any finish and any size. All customers who order a customized piece of ALM Fine Jewelry will be liable for the final result of their piece once they have approved their design and all specifications.
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
ALM Fine Jewelry accepts Paypal, Venmo, Chase Quick Pay or bank/wire transfers. If customers have a different form of payment in mind, please let me know and I will do my best to try and accommodate their request.
Full Payment is required before your order enters production.
Once an order is placed, customers will receive an email receipt confirming that their order has been received. It will include payment instructions for each accepted form of payment. Once the full payment has been received, customers will receive a confirmation email confirming that their order has been accepted and is beginning production.
ALM Fine Jewelry reserves the right to cancel and refund any order before the materials have been ordered for it, should the cost of raw materials have risen substantially.
ALM Fine Jewelry does not currently accept refund of exchanges of any item due to the 'custom' and made-to-order process.
CANCELLATION & CHANGES BY CUSTOMERS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 28 hours and send an email to almfinejewelry@outlook.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified after 48 hours. Once you have received your online order, if it is the incorrect product or found to be damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange for collection and take care of any errors/damage. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by TBA and accept TBA decision regarding the cancellation.
SHIPPING
All ALM Fine Jewelry orders are shipped Express Delivery via FedEx and are fully insured until delivered to the customer.
All orders take approximately 4-6 weeks from the date of the order confirmation to receipt of the item. If customers have a time constraint, please contact me and I will do my very best to try and accommodate your time frame.
Overseas/International Customers are liable for all customs & duties fees.
LIABILITY
Customers will be liable for any repairs required caused by any ‘Abnormal’ or ‘Heavy’ wear-and-tear on a piece of ALM Fine Jewelry. All pieces will be assessed by an ALM Fine Jewelry Assessment Specialist in order to determine the nature and cause of damage. We take no responsibility for any damage done to gemstones or metal as a result of improper care and wear.

With each piece purchased, customers will be provided with care instructions on how to care for specific gemstones, platinum and 18k White, Yellow and Rose Gold to help ensure that their piece of ALM Fine Jewelry stays just as beautiful as the day it is received.
We take no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered as a result of our "order online" service, or goods supplied using it, except as required by law, even if we could have foreseen the loss, or the possibility of it was brought to our attention.
JEWELRY CARE & CLEANING
Just like all beautiful things, pieces from jewelry from ALM Fine Jewelry require special care and attention to maintain their beauty.
Exposure to chemicals can damage or discolor precious metals – gold, silver and platinum – and may harm some colored gems. Even everyday substances like hairspray, lotion, perfume or other cosmetics can contain chemicals that will permanently damage the surface of your pearls and other delicate or porous gems (like turquoise). Fine jewelry should be removed before diving into a chlorinated swimming pool or before using household cleaners. Many of these cleaners contain ammonia, which can be too harsh for delicate gems or vintage jewelry. Chlorine bleach, another common household solvent, can pit or damage gold alloys and remove rhodium-plating from white gold.
Most colored gems can be cleaned with warm water, mild dish soap (like Dawn, no detergents) and a soft brush. A pulsed-water dental cleaning appliance and a soft, lint-free cloth can also be used. Be sure to rinse your jewelry in a glass of water to remove cleaning solutions since you risk losing loose stones – or even an entire piece of jewelry - if you rinse directly in the sink.
Soft gems, such as pearls, on the other hand, can easily scratch. Use a new, clean makeup brush and warm, soapy water to softly clean them. Lay a strand of pearls on a towel to dry. The wet silk thread can stretch − and attract dirt − so don’t touch your strand until it is completely dry.
Ultrasonic Cleaners - While you can purchase a professional ultrasonic cleaner for $150 or less, you should be aware that not all gems and jewelry can be safely cleaned in it: Emeralds, Pearls, Tourmaline, Turquoise, Onyx, Opal, Tanzanite, Lapis Lazuli, Coral, Jade, etc must never be placed in an Ultrasonic cleaner.
The vibration generated by the machine can sometimes shake gems loose or chip gems that are set with their girdles touching. This type of cleaning is best left to jewelry professionals who know about different gem materials and understand when and how to use the ultrasonic cleaner safely.
It is advised and highly recommended that you remove your jewelry before showers, swimming, sports and any other physical activity you may part-take in that could directly affect the integrity of your jewelry.
